I visited the store last Tuesday. I walked in looked around. Wanted to know more the cream blushers. Most of the staff were near the till area looking at their phone or just standing around. Only one person was with someone. Nobody acknowledged me or even looked my way. So disappointed.
Took my business elsewhere where the staff were attentive and helpful.
Didn’t expect this behaviour from a reputable brand

I wanted to leave some positive feedback for a North African girl working at Charlotte Tilbury — I believe her name was Sumaya or Salma, and I apologise for not getting her name properly as it was quite hectic at the time.
She was genuinely amazing and by far the most helpful member of staff I interacted with. She took the time to help me properly, made me feel comfortable, and was so patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience.
It’s rare to come across customer service that stands out this much, and I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She’s a real credit to the team, and I specifically wanted to provide feedback because of how positive the experience was thanks to her.

The make up artist was lovely. Though the manager named Elizabeth at Westfield branch had a moody attitude towards me. I came in a good mood expecting a good service but the manager ruined it. Won’t ever visit there again. I should have took the make up off and returned my items.
Honestly one of the worst beauty retail experiences I’ve had. I walked in excited to try the new CT concealer and get shade matched for that brighter, lighter under-eye concealer look, but from the second I arrived I was ignored. The staff member I asked for help acted completely oblivious and brushed me off saying she was “busy.”
When I explained I wanted to test foundation with the concealer to see how it blended with my natural skin tone for a full glam look, she genuinely seemed to have no understanding of makeup application at all. Her advice made no sense, felt unprofessional, and completely put me off spending any money there.
I left and went straight to Sephora instead. Really disappointing considering how much I love Charlotte Tilbury as a brand. The recruitment process seriously needs to focus more on hiring people who actually understand and are passionate about makeup.

I had such an amazing first experience at the Charlotte Tilbury store in Westfield thanks to Diana. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. It was my first time purchasing any Charlotte Tilbury products, and she took the time to really explain everything in detail and help me find the perfect concealer and powder for my skin.
She was so attentive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole experience. You can tell she really loves what she does, and it made such a difference. I never once felt rushed or pressured instead, I felt listened to and looked after. The entire experience felt luxurious, personal, and honestly just amazing from start to finish.
Thank you, Diana, for making my first Charlotte Tilbury experience such a special one. You truly went above and beyond! Thank you for making feel beautiful and for letting me know that I was. God bless ❤️
